Aftermath is our ode to aged dessert wine.  Composed of Zinfandel, semi sweet, fortified and aged for 7 years in twice filled bourbon barrels previously holding Pocock Brewerys Nigols Stout.  Striking a perfect balance of sweetness, spice, alcohol and texture.
