We don’t make her every year, but when we do, she’s exceptional. Leading the pack with Heaton Ranch Grenache at 59%, and a supporting role from Syrah at 41%, our 2016 Highs and Lows is a showstopper. So good in fact, we had to make her Club Member ONLY! With only 75 cases being produced, don’t skip out on one of the best from the vintage.

Darkness, with a crimson rim. The epic nose begins powerful with fresh ripe strawberries, rhubarb pie, red cherries leading into rose water, a slight minerality, violets, caramel, bitter chocolate and toasted almonds. The palate is so sexy! Beginning with a huge rush of spring time red berries: strawberry, raspberry, cherry; beautifully balanced acidity and soft integrated tannins on the mid palate, finishing elegnt and savory with notes of bacon fat, smoked meats, cigar ash and a lingering fruit and tannin presence.
