2016 Decorus

 Decorus (Beautiful). We got so much love for Syrah! Sexy, fruit forward, savory, earthy, balanced, diverse, tough, elegant, did we say sexy? Our 2016 Decorus boasts 18% Grenache alongside 82% Syrah.

With a powerful nose of baked black cherries, candied blackberries, blueberries, with clean wet earth, dried sage, alongside savory notes, toasted coconut and cremé brulée. The wine hits the palate with a subtle elegance of dark fruits, tart mulberry, a lovely buliding acidity, followed by dense structured tannins, bacon fat, flint and hints of roasted coffee and cocoa nibs that dance on the finish.
