2016 Chardonnay

100% Chardonnay – Exille Vineyard, Central Coast.

Aged for 12 months in stainless steel. Extremely clear with an opaque wet hay color, and a slight lime colored tint. The nose shows bright notes of lemon meringue, wet limestone, citrus peel, and lingering notes of honeysuckle.  The wine hits your palate with an inviting, soft, and viscous mouthfeel followed by notes of lemon and passionfruit, a medium acidity on the mid-palate, and a long almost creamy like finish for a stainless steel chard.
