This Zin blend is a perfect representation of Paso: Big, jammy, and spicy with a wildly complex palate. With Zinfandel from Triton Vineyard and Petite Sirah from Herder Ranch and Loma Seca Vineyards, this is a perfect marriage of Zinfandel and Petite Sirah. The wine is smooth, sexy and sophisticated with big lush fruit notes of black cherries and cranberry, followed by lingering baking spice notes and a long structured finish. 250 cases produced – Drink until 2025.
